Established in 1989, Dynabrade Europe is the Luxembourg-based office for Europe, Middle East and Africa, providing Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Warehousing and Repair services for the Dynabrade product range. Dynabrade Europe originally set up shop in an old farmhouse. An adjacent barn became the warehouse, offering little illumination and no heat. A connecting space between the barn and kitchen served as the main office. Loser, in Germany, was Dynabrade’s first European distributor. Slow but steady growth required the hiring of more people every year, and in 1991 the operation was moved to a bigger building. In 1998 ground was broken on our current European headquarters in Luxembourg, a beautiful facility covering almost 75,000 square feet. Another building in Slovakia has since been opened for the assembly of Downdraft Tables and Coaxial Hoses. Dynabrade Europe now has an inside staff of over 20 employees, plus twelve regional sales managers and eleven application engineers. Since 1969, Dynabrade has earned a reputation and position of continued leadership in the innovative design and manufacturing of unique portable abrasive power tools. Dynabrade designs tools for a wide range of technical applications such as cutting, grinding, sanding, polishing, deburring and filing. Our tools are used in the Automotive Aftermarket, AOEM, Aerospace, Industrial and Marine markets, for quality finishing of various materials such as metal, wood, plastic, rubber, stone, glass, fiberglass and composites. Thanks to continuous research and development, Dynabrade produces the most reliable, long-lasting and ergonomic tools on the market, and they are available through a worldwide network of professional distribution. Dynabrade India Abrasive Power Tools PVT LTD was established in 2007. Dynabrade India's headquarters is located in Mumbai, India. Dynabrade International has had traditional relationships with distributors in India for 20 years. We have shipped products directly to them and managed their account logistics from Clarence, NY, USA during that time. A number of developments in the Indian commercial arena led us to the decision to invest in a dedicated physical facility for the exciting Indian market. Historically, India’s business sector was a combination of government owned and privately financed initiatives. Many of the large industries, including most producers of transportation products, were actually owned by the government and lacked the efficiency to offer top-quality products. In the recent past, a strong move toward privatization has led to investments in product quality that have allowed Indian producers to radically raise the level of their goods. Foreign direct investment (FDI) in many sectors, notably AOEM, has raised the expectation of the Indian consumer and competition to produce cosmetically acceptable products has intensified greatly. With companies such as Bentley, Mercedes, Toyota, Ford and Honda establishing assembly plants or import strategies in India, local producers have been challenged to improve production methods or risk losing significant market share. This phenomenon presents a wonderful opportunity for Dynabrade to work with production plants to help them improve the quality of their finishes. Dynabrade India Abrasive Power Tools PVT LTD offers local warehousing for our advanced network of distributors, customer service for both distributors and consumers, technical advice for applications and repair, plus on-site training. By consolidating a local inventory, Dynabrade India greatly improves product flow to our distributors and on into the consuming base. Dynabrade India currently has 11 employees.
